Building Intercultural Agility in Global Teams

Working in a global company with teams all around the world needs you to have a #global #mindset through #cultural self-awareness.

To make this happen and to benefit all our team members, we’ve had an #Intercultural training the other day, to enable us to develop an openness and understanding of different cultures, and the ability to integrate different values and practices in the workplace

proMX welcomes all cultures and people from diverse backgrounds, because we believe in #Diversity. My colleagues from our HQ in #Germany actively participated in this and we joined in from #Mumbai.
The credit goes to none other than Antje Ute Bauer, an executive coach along with Pratha Shetty, an intercultural practitioner who made this training like a breeze and I must say they as professionals have nailed it!!

I’m sure that these training’s will not only improve the way we collaborate but also allow us to learn other cultures making us better individuals working in a global environment with improved intercultural communication. The part1 of this training ended with a bang and we’re looking forward to part2 which happens next month

Trust me, there’s a lot happening at proMX and to know more keep watching this space or follow/connect with me now
